Chewy wants to promote their live vet chat, but these new pet parents seem more interested in getting laughs than getting the medical help they need. Not cool!!

Gen Z uses TikTok as a search engine, so we’ll break up the funny animal videos with an important PSA —
or rather, PPSA, urging owners to stop blasting their pets online, and directing them to Connect with a Vet instead.

Chewy will also respond to embarrassing pet TikToks that have gone viral, sliding into DMs to ask if they can send the accounts goodies.
But instead of the iconic blue boxes, people will receive mysterious manilla envelopes.
Inside is a warning from Chewy: no more sharing private health information online!!
(Of course, Chewy believes in the studied power of positive reinforcement, so there are some treats and pharmacy coupons inside as well)
